# How to Import BingX Transactions into KoinX

> Export your BingX Transaction History and Order History as CSV files and upload them to KoinX to generate your crypto tax report.

## How to export your BingX transaction history

**BingX uses File Upload only — you need two files: Transaction History and Order History.** Export both for every year and upload all together in one KoinX session.

          Both files are mandatory. Missing either will result in incomplete data in KoinX.

          KoinX only reads the **Spot\_Account.csv** file from your Order History download, and reads everything **except** Spot\_Account.csv from your Transaction History download. You can ignore any other files bundled in the export.

## Upload to KoinX

<Steps>
  <Step title="Log in to KoinX">
    Go to app.koinx.com and sign in.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the BingX Integration page">
    Click **Integrations** → **Add Integration** → search for and select **BingX**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Upload both CSV files">
    Upload your **Transaction History** and **Order History** files together. Multi-select works - upload all years at once.

  <Step title="Submit">
    Click **Submit**. KoinX processes and imports your full BingX transaction history.
  </Step>

  **Done.** KoinX classifies your transactions and prepares everything for gains calculation and tax report generation.

Both your BingX files are in - head to Tax Reports on KoinX and your crypto tax report, covering every trade, fund movement, and order, is already there waiting.

## Frequently asked questions

  <Accordion title="Do I need to upload both files?">
    **Yes — both are mandatory.** Your Spot trade data comes from the Order History file (specifically the Spot\_Account.csv it contains), while Fund, Standard Futures, USDⓢ-M Perp, and Coin-M Perp Futures data come from the Transaction History file. Missing either file leaves significant gaps in your import.

  <Accordion title="What if my trading history spans more than 1 year?">
    BingX limits exports to 1 year per file. Export each year separately for both Transaction History and Order History, then upload all files together in one KoinX session.

  <Accordion title="What accounts should I tick when exporting?">
    On the **Transaction History** tab, tick **Fund Account**, **Standard Futures Account**, **USDⓢ-M Perp Futures Account**, and **Coin-M Perp Futures Account** - leave **Spot Account** unticked. On the **Order History** tab, tick **Spot Account** only. This split ensures KoinX gets the correct data from each file.

  <Accordion title="What is the monthly export limit?">
    Each BingX account can generate **up to 50 exports per month**. If you hit the limit, wait for the monthly quota reset before generating more files.

    Yes. KoinX supports 100+ countries with dedicated tax report formats for India, the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, and more. Select your country after importing to generate the right report.

## Troubleshooting

    Ensure both **Transaction History** and **Order History** files were exported and uploaded. Also verify the correct account boxes were ticked during export: Fund, Standard Futures, USDⓢ-M Perp, and Coin-M Perp on Transaction History, and Spot Account only on Order History.

  <Accordion title="History is incomplete across multiple years">
    BingX limits each export to 1 year. Export separate files for each year and re-upload all of them together in KoinX.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Monthly export limit reached">
    BingX allows **up to 50 exports per month** per account. Wait for the monthly quota reset before generating new files.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Upload failed in KoinX">
    Re-download the original CSV files from BingX without opening them. Upload all files together in a single session without editing.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Extra CSV files in my BingX download">
    Your Transaction History and Order History downloads may bundle several CSVs together. KoinX only needs Spot\_Account.csv from the Order History bundle, and every file except Spot\_Account.csv from the Transaction History bundle - you can ignore the rest.

    Try a smaller date range. If the issue persists, contact BingX support or try again after a few minutes.
