## Connect Blockchain.com Wallet to KoinX

**Blockchain.com Wallet connects via your public wallet address - no API key or private key needed.**

      <Step title="Open KoinX Integrations">
        Log in to [app.koinx.com](https://app.koinx.com) -> **Integrations** -> **Add Integration**.

      <Step title="Select Blockchain.com Wallet and enter a wallet name">
        Search for **Blockchain.com** and select it. Enter a name for your wallet (e.g. `Varun's Blockchain.com Wallet`).

      <Step title="Select a blockchain">
        Under **Add Blockchains**, select a blockchain from the dropdown - for example Ethereum, Polygon, or BSC.
      </Step>

      <Step title="Copy your public address from Blockchain.com Wallet">
        Open your Blockchain.com Wallet extension or mobile app. Select the account you want to connect and copy the **public address** shown under the account name - it starts with `0x`.

          Only your public wallet address is required. Never share your private key or seed phrase with any service, including KoinX.

      <Step title="Paste your address and add more blockchains if needed">
        Paste the copied address into KoinX. Click **+ Add** to add more blockchains and addresses for the same wallet. Each blockchain address must be entered separately for complete coverage.

        Click **Import Securely**. KoinX will fetch all transactions linked to the addresses you added.
      </Step>

      **Done.** KoinX fetches all transactions linked to your wallet addresses and prepares everything for gains calculation and report generation.

    Once your Blockchain.com Wallet data is in, head over to [Tax Reports](https://app.koinx.com/tax-report) on KoinX - your capital gains across token transfers, DeFi activity, and NFT trades are already calculated and your report is ready to download.

      Syncing may take longer for wallets with heavy DeFi or NFT activity. If you have multiple Blockchain.com Wallet accounts, repeat the integration for each account separately.

## Troubleshooting

    Check that you added the correct blockchain and public address for each account. If you use multiple blockchains, confirm each address was entered separately under the same integration using **+ Add**.

  <Accordion title="DeFi or NFT transactions are not appearing">
    Some DeFi or NFT protocols may require a resync. Go to **KoinX** -> **Integrations** -> **Blockchain.com** and refresh the integration. If activity is still missing, verify the correct blockchain and address were entered.

  <Accordion title="Balances look incorrect after syncing">
    Refresh the integration from **KoinX** -> **Integrations** -> **Blockchain.com** to trigger a fresh sync. If balances remain incorrect, confirm all blockchain addresses for the wallet have been added and none are missing.

  <Accordion title="Syncing is taking a long time">
    Wallets with heavy DeFi or NFT activity take longer to sync as KoinX processes a large number of on-chain transactions. Allow extra time and avoid re-triggering the sync while it is in progress.

  <Accordion title="I have multiple Blockchain.com Wallet accounts">
    Repeat the full integration process for each account separately. Each public address must be added individually to ensure all transactions are captured across all your Blockchain.com Wallet accounts.

    Confirm the address is a valid public wallet address starting with `0x` and that it belongs to the correct blockchain selected in the dropdown. If the issue persists, remove the integration and reconnect, or contact KoinX support.
