Before you start

Arbitrum wallet address

Your public 0x wallet address on the Arbitrum network - the same address as your Ethereum wallet.

KoinX account

Free account - no credit card needed.

Connect Arbitrum to KoinX

Arbitrum uses Wallet Address Sync - no CSV export needed. Paste your public address and KoinX imports all transactions automatically.

Find your Arbitrum wallet address

1

Copy your Arbitrum wallet address

Open your wallet app - MetaMask, Rabby, or any Arbitrum-compatible wallet. Copy your public wallet address starting with 0x.
Your Arbitrum wallet address is the same as your Ethereum address - the same 0x address works on both networks.
Only paste your public wallet address - never your private key or seed phrase. KoinX only requires read access to your on-chain transaction data.

Connect Arbitrum to KoinX

1

Open KoinX Integrations

Log in to app.koinx.com -> Integrations -> Add Integration.
2

Select Arbitrum

Search for Arbitrum and select it from the blockchain integrations list.
3

Paste your wallet address and submit

Paste your public Arbitrum wallet address into the field and click Submit. KoinX scans the Arbitrum blockchain and imports all transactions associated with your wallet. Large wallets may take a few minutes to fully sync.
Done. KoinX imports your full Arbitrum history, classifies each transaction, and prepares everything for gains calculation and tax report generation.
Once your Arbitrum data is in, head over to Tax Reports on KoinX - your capital gains across swaps, DeFi activity, and transfers are already calculated and your report is ready to download.

Wallet address notes

  • Public address only - only your public 0x wallet address is required. Never share your private key or seed phrase.
  • Multiple wallets - if you have more than one Arbitrum wallet, repeat the integration for each address separately.
  • Add both chains - if you bridge between Ethereum and Arbitrum, add both wallet addresses to KoinX so bridge transfers are matched as internal movements correctly.

Frequently asked questions

No. Arbitrum uses the same 0x wallet address format as Ethereum. Add the address specifically under the Arbitrum integration in KoinX to capture your Arbitrum-specific transactions.
Yes. Add each wallet address separately in the KoinX Integrations section. KoinX aggregates transactions from all connected wallets for a complete tax picture.
Bridge transactions between Ethereum and Arbitrum are typically classified as internal transfers. Add both your Ethereum and Arbitrum wallet addresses to KoinX so it can match bridge transfers correctly and exclude them as taxable events.
Yes. KoinX supports 100+ countries with dedicated report formats for India, the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, and more. After importing your Arbitrum data, select your country to generate the correct report.
Yes. Your public wallet address is visible on the blockchain by anyone. Sharing it does not give KoinX or anyone else access to your funds. KoinX uses it in read-only mode to import your transaction history.

Troubleshooting

Double-check the wallet address is correct and starts with 0x. Verify you selected the correct Arbitrum network - Arbitrum One and Arbitrum Nova are separate networks in KoinX.
KoinX may still be syncing a large wallet history. Wait for the full sync to complete before checking. Also confirm you have added wallet addresses for any other networks you use such as Ethereum or Polygon.
Some complex DeFi protocols use non-standard transaction patterns. Go to the Transactions tab in KoinX, find the miscategorised transaction, and manually assign the correct category.
Add both your Ethereum and Arbitrum wallet addresses to KoinX. It will match the bridge transfer as an internal movement between your own wallets and remove it as a taxable event.
Go to KoinX -> Integrations, remove the Arbitrum wallet, and re-add it using the correct public 0x address from your wallet app.
Check KoinX -> Integrations for duplicate Arbitrum wallet entries and remove any extras. Each public address should only be added once.

Ethereum Integration

Connect your Ethereum wallet - same address works across networks.

Polygon Integration

Connect your Polygon wallet address to KoinX.

XDC Network Integration

Add your XDC Network wallet address to KoinX.

Boba Network Integration

Add your Boba Network wallet address to KoinX.
